APPROACH

HOMES THAT

WORK FOR REAL LIFE.

I'm drawn to homes that can be thoughtfully reimagined rather than replaced — creating places that work not only for how pepole live today, but for how their lives may change over time.

I see opportunities others may overlook — from rethinking an entire home to making strategic changes that transform how it lives. Through thoughtful design, renovation and redevelopment, I create homes that live better, meet changing needs and are positioned for the market.

PRESERVE CHARACTER

My approach begins with what already exists — preserving original details, materials, and architectural character wherever possible, and enhancing rather than erasing what makes a home distinctive.

IMPROVE EVERYDAY LIVING

I think about how people will move through a home, use each space. The goal is never square footage for its own sake, but better flow, greater function and rooms that feel intentional.

PLAN FOR CHANGING NEEDS

I place particular emphasis on flexibility — creating homes that can adapt as families grow and circumstances change and can continue to work through different stages of life.

HOMES THAT
ALLOW PEOPLE TO STAY

I believe a community works best when its homes can accommodate people through different stages of life.

Thoughtful redevelopment can create room for a young family to grow, parents to age in place, and multiple generations to live together — or closer to one another.

For me, reimagining existing homes isn't only about making them more beautiful. It's about creating flexible ways of living that allow people to put down roots, adapt and remain connected to the communities they call home.
